Use of Member Content

By completing your membership, you grant BADO (British Association of Drone Operators) anon-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, adapt, and publish your logo & images (“Member Content”) for legitimate business purposes, including but not limited to social proof, marketing, promotional, and informational use.

This licence includes use across digital and physical channels, including our website, social media platforms, email communications, presentations, printed materials, and other communications relating to BADO’s activities.

You warrant and represent that:

• you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to provide the Member Content; and
• the use of the Member Content by BADO in accordance with these terms will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

You agree to indemnify and hold BADO harmless against any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from a breach of these warranties.

This licence will continue for the duration of your membership and thereafter in respect of materials already published. You may request removal of future uses of your Member Content by contacting BADO by email (info@bado.uk), and we will use reasonable endeavours to comply where practicable.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your intellectual property to BADO.
